KEHIDUPAN : MUNG BEAN PORRIDGE








Mung Bean in bahasa Malaysia Kacang Hijau. Mung bean porridge is one of my favourite dish. Can be served hot or cold. How to cook this special dish, just follow this simple instruction.


Ingredients :
200 grams green bean
100 grams sugar
1 liter of water
200 ml coconut milk
A pinch of salt
Method :
Wash green bean under tap water.
In a small / medium pot, place the beans covered with water.
Bring to boil (use very..very low fire)
When the beans become soft, add sugar, salt and coconut milk. You can also put pandan leaves inside the pot to add flavour.
Leave to boil and serve hot.
