Latest shopping complex open in my Town. The shopping complex known as Seberang Prai City under Jusco Brand. There are three main entrances that divided into three section. North, central and south. Open to the public on the August 2008. Situated at Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam.So we have four shopping complexs in Seberang Prai. The summit in Bukit Mertajam cater more to foreigner specially those who came from Indonesia, myammar, vietnam and Bangladesh, The Pinang Megamall in Prai and The Sunway Carnival in Seberang Jaya.
We also have four major hypermarkets , Jusco, Giant, Econsave, Carrefour and latest add to the list Tesco Extra will be opened in September 2008.
Amble parking lots and almost full every weekend. The Shopping mall having a Merdeka sale and what i can see that most of the clients are taking this opportunities to buy goods for the Aidil Fitri celebration.

Ronda-ronda, it to big to complete and it only the 1 phase open to the public. It is divided into three section north, central and south.
Take a rest for a while after ronda-ronda.
Macam biasalah, every window shopping will end up with buying something that u never plan. Anyway Hari Raya Aidil Fitri just around the corner so we decided to buy a dress for the kids to avoid last minute shopping during Ramadhan month. As usual my baby will sit in the trolley cart, so that her mom can enjoy window shopping peacefully.
Very simple interior and not to congested. More to family oriented shopping mall.
