Satisfied, All foods that cooked by wife for the Hari Raya at ASO CHHK had finished and most of the clerks liked my wife Rendang Cili Api. We cooked Rendang, Curry Mee, ketupat and bengkang cake . I had been doing this every years. By doing this I can invite all the staff compare if I do it at my house. All the foods were prepared on the Sunday night by my wife and I just helped her to prepare for the cooking process and clean the kitchen after the cooking. Even though I can cook and I qualified to cook but I rarely cook now a days. I love to cook and most of the traditional dishes that I learn was taught by my late mother. I learned it through observation. Then I pursued my study at ITM in Hotel and catering management course for three years. After the graduation I did my own business but unsuccessful so, I joined in Sale line till today. Even though I was not in the Hotel line business but at least I joined in the company that related to the food industries. Nestle with a famous tag " Good Food, Good Life". I have been cooking since I was 15 years old and cooking for my father and younger sister. I did it when my late mother was not at home because taking care of my late grandma at kampung. LIFE : DON'T IT LOOK WEIRD.......

Just came back from Taiping. Actually no plan at all to go there, after took our lunch, my wife wanted to buy some groceries. So, purposely I took them to Tesco Taiping even though I had to drive 90 km. The nearest Tesco from my house is in Seberang jaya and only 16km. My intention to past my weekend and to take them to The Taiping lake garden. When all my children heard that we were heading Taiping they insist me to visit Zoo Taiping but I said no because we just visited Zoo Malacca last Wednesday. After the shopping we had our tea at the Food court and let my kids playing at the Tesco's Playground.

While taking my tea , I noticed two young boys wearing a winter cloth and to me it was too weird to wear such cloth even though the shopping Complex was Air Conditioned. May be it's looked weird to me but to them it might be a trend to attract attention. Youngsters nowadays will do anything just to get attention even though it's looked weird and in some extent they even piercing their ear, mouth, body and coloured their hair just to follow the westerner counterpart and totally not our culture. Are their parents aware about it? Not dare to give a comment because we also have a growing son and daughters.
Visiting Taiping wouldn't be completed without The doli restaurant. A famous restaurant with his Char Keoy Teow fried with a slow fire of wood charcoal. Unfortunately it wasn't my day. The Restaurant was packed with customers and long queued of customers outside the restaurant waiting to be seated. So we move on and stopped for Maghrid Shalat at the Kamunting toll. Then we took our dinner at Mc. Donald 24 hour Fast Food Restaurant in Seberang Jaya just to get the special collectable coca cola glass before heading home...........

LIFE : WAITING

Long queue at the TM Butterworth, I need to pay my Internet and other utilities bills. While waiting for my number to be called, I surf the Internet that provided by the Telekom for free. At least I can use this time to update my blog. Still on leave and all my children at my mother In law house. Came back from Melaka on Wednesday and my wife asked me to send her to her mother's house so that she can celebrate the balance days of Hari raya with her mother. Still waiting my number to be called.

While waiting to be called, I look around and notice that most of the TM clients are waiting their number patiently. I still can remember those days how people were rushing at the payment counter to pay their bills. Everybody were pushing each other in front of the counter with a small payment hole at the payment glass panel. One small hole with many hands inside it. No queue number was implemented those days. Base on who quick to pass the bill to the cashier.

Today, the scenario have changed people are more educated, matured and disciplined. These are the good value that have been taught by the government through education. When more and more people are educated and it's will become a valuable asset to the Nation.

LIFE : LOVE

Today is the 2nd day of Hari Raya Aidil fitri. Yesterday after the Prayer all my families member visited my father at his house and we spent most of our time there with him. From his face we knew that he look very happy. It was our tradition to kiss our father's hand and forehead to show our love toward him. I continue this tradition and kiss my son's and daughter's forehead every morning each time I sent them to school before they walk out from my car. I do this because I want to make sure that this good value to be continued as part of our family tradition. I believe that all this good value must be kept and taught to our children and our future generation. Our Nabi Muhammad saw had shown as and taught as to respect the eldest and love the youngest among us.

LIFE : HARI RAYA AIDIL FITRI.

Alhamdulillah, safely arrived yesterday after driving about 500km. Since I was not in hurry so I took a federal road at least I could save on my toll . Even though I had to take a long route but I really enjoyed the journey because the federal road as good as highway. Smooth journey with normal traffic flow. Once I reached Seremban Highway the traffic flow became heavy and I had to drive slowly not more then 40km per hour. I just stopped for prayer and to release my self. I reached my hometown Johol at 6.30pm after fetch my nephew at Tampin Bus Station from Kuala Lumpur.

My late mother's house become alive again with all my sisters, inlaws, nieces and nephews gather to celebrate Hari Raya Aidil Fitri tomorrow. They are busy preparing Rendang, Nasi Impit and other foodstuff for tomorrow. All my nieces and nephews are running and playing in the house like what they did before when my late mother was around. These are the best time for them to meet each other since most of them are staying in different state of Malaysia. Those who have grown up will gather to catch up with all sort of stories and end up with laughing. One of them can play guitar will play Hari Raya song and follow by other to sing together.

Today will be a last day of fasting and everybody are looking forward for tomorrow with new dress and visiting friends from house to house with all kinds of dishes, cake, cookies and traditional food. These are the time that we will eat to maximum after fasting for one month. To me all these will bring back my memories to my late mother. I really miss her and pray to Almighty god that she will be in haven with all the Solehin. Alfatihah for her. Wishing to all my reader with Selamat Hari Raya Aidil fitri Maaf Zahir batin...........

LIFE : HADITH OF SADAQAH 13

Rasullullah Saw has said that he who strieves to help a needy unmarried woman or a poor person, is like the one who strieves in jehaad and, probably he added, he is like one who prays all night without the slightest, slackness and is like a person who fasts every day of his whole life.

LIFE : HADITH OF SADAQAH 10

Asmaa Radiallho anha has said that Rasullullah Saw told her to spend freely and not to count, otherwise [ if she counted] Allah Ta'ala would give her counted favours; and not to save money, for [ if she did so] Allah Taala will also keep away from her [ will give her less], therefore, she should give as much as possible.

LIFE : HADITH OF SADAQAH 9

Rasullullah Saw has said that once a person in a jungle heard voice from A cloud above , saying, " Go and supply water to such and such person's garden". Thereupon the cloud moved in one direction and rained on a piece of stony land. A channel collected the whole of that water which began to flow in a particular direction. He followed it and came to a place where a man stood with a shovel in hand, diverting the water into his garden. The person asked the man his name, and when he told him, it was the very name he had heard from the cloud. The person then asked him why he had asked his name? The person replied that he had heard a voice coming from the cloud saying, " Go and supply water to such and such person's garden* and it was the same name which he had told him. The person then asked the man, " What he did for the cloud to supply water to his garden." The owner replied that now he has to tell him the truth facts. Whatever produce he got from the garden, he divided it into three equel parts; one part i.e one third of the produce, he gave away promptly as sadaqah, the second part he kept for himself and the family; the remaining one third he spent on the garden itself.

LIFE : HADITH OF SADAQAH 6

Abu hurairah Ra narrates that Rasullullah Saw said, " A man [ from Bani israil] decided to give sadaqah quietly atnight. He took it and placed it in a person's hand. In the morning , people started talking and saying. " last night, sadaqah was given to a thief!" The4 man said. " O Allah, To Thee be Praise! I gave it to a thief! I could do nothing if it had been given to a worse person'. He decided to give a sadaqah again on the following night and put it in a hand of woman not be a thief; he might have thought that a woman would not be a thief. In the morning the people were talking and saying, ' sadaqah was given to a prostitute last night.' The man said ' O Allah, to Thee be Praise! I gave it to a prostitute! My property deserved worse than that'. He decided to give a sadaqah a third time on the following night and placed it in the hand of unknown person. In the morning, the people were talking and saying,' last night, sadaqah was given to a rich man'. The man said 'O Allah, to Thee praise! I gave it to a thief, prostitute and a rich man'! He then had a dream in which he was told that his sadaqah had been accepted. It was given providentially to a thief so that it might result in his refraining from stealing: to a prostitute so that she might repent of the immorality and to the rich man to teach a lesson, so that he may spend out of that which Allah Swt had given him. Following the example of the pious who gave sadaqah, unnoticed".
