My performance appraisal was done this morning with my superior at the ASO Office. So far nothing to comment because I believed that the appraisal totally base on your total achievement and involvement in the company for the past one year. As usual I got 2 and entitle to receive half month salary bonus. It's an extra bonus beside 2 month bonus since there was nothing to comment I just signed and satisfied with the mark given. As I told earlier my working policy are don't argue with the bosses and follow instruction, be honest, sincere and complete the task given in the time frame. Work as a team and lose as a team.
