DMS1 was successfully launched at the CHHK since last Wednesday . New system that been introduced by Nestle to distributor for more efficient in taking order and managing stock. DMS1 stand for Distributor Management System 1. All orders that taken by sale rep can be sent by internet  at any wifi spot . Trade offers are fixed and  been allocated to all sale rep base on  type of outlet classification. Since this system is still new to the sale rep but I believe that with a positive attitude all problem can be solved. Even though there are some hiccups in implementing this system at ASO but with the help of two technicians that been sent by company to monitor the system until it's ran smoothly.No more hanky panky in writing orders and all transaction been recorded directly to main server. The era of giving offer freely has gone and sales are going to be monitored closely by the company.  I wish all the best to CHHK sale's rep.................please remember that we are the pioneer of using SFA. LIFE : FACEBOOK

 This morning I was talking to one of my friend about the facebook. I told him that I always update my facebook almost everyday and it's  the only way that I can get connected with my friends all over Malaysia. I consider this is a part of communication mode to catch up with the latest news among my friends. Even though I don't have to write in full sentences but I make it short and precise so that the message that I am writing can be understood by my friends. The most important part when  I am writing or posting in the Facebook, I will make sure that the words that I am using isn't offend or condemning other person. I am using it as a tool to communicate and to express my self. My advise is used it wisely and not as a tool to condemn.

LIFE : BOSS ALWAYS RIGHT?

Usually we always say that customer is always right but when we are at the office the common words that we use is the boss is always right. As a human and we can't run from doing mistake but the main problem is when the boss don't want to admit his mistake just because he is the boss. The mistake that he had done shouldn't be questioned . Right or wrong is something that we need to  swallow. Can we accept being scolded for the mistake that not from our part?Even though we know that the mistake is done by the boss itself.. Are we dare to question our boss? and said that" you did a mistake"? I believe some of  us will do it but mostly we just keep quiet instead of to challenge our boss. Keep quiet doesn't mean that we agreed with the boss but just to respect the chair that he seat on it. "Stand on your principle" the word that has no meaning to me as long as I am been paid to do the job....................................The more you talk the more mistake you will do, so better keep quiet.

Be a man with principle,  one of my friends from Kota Bahru wrote  in my facebook. Even though I don't really know what it mean but I have my own principle of doing things. First I don't like to do two job in one time. I prefer to give full concentration on my main work and secondly never against your boss. Never against your boss mean that you just follow his or her instruction and don't make your life miserable. Every new boss will have their own style of doing things, so just follow instruction and play safe by follow the rule but one of my friend from Bangkok not agreed with it because play safe mean to him is something conservative not aggressive. Whatever it's mean as long as you know what you are doing?  You are the man with a principle from my point of view.
