Last year 2011 was the most busiest time in my life after the implementation of Dolphin Project. Almost everyday I had to work late to complete my task and it became a norm to me. Today I get use of it and it's time to move forward for a good year of 2012. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all my readers a Happy New Year and bye bye 2011. I love you all, let make this world a best place to stay and live. In the same time let us thanks to Allah SWT who give us a chance to stay a life and let us do a better to serve this world. Even though I had been writing this article so many times regarding comparison between eating at the Fast-food restaurant and a normal middle class restaurant but I still couldn’t understands why my kids still like to go to Fast-food restaurant instead of a eating at the normal restaurant. Yesterday, I drove to Taiping with my kids and my main intention to have a family dinner at one of my favorite restaurant in Taiping. After stop a while at the Lake garden to have a fresh air than I proceed to my favorite Restaurant specialize in warung style cooking, unfortunately the restaurant was closed. I read at the restaurant main entrance and notice that open from Saturday to Thursday Close on Friday. I drove about 90kms just to have a good dinner at the restaurant but end up at McDonald restaurant. I didn’t keen to have dinner at such place but influence from the kids was so strong than my wills. I bought a dinner set that cost me RM 40.10 consist of Four carbonated drinks, four Chicken Burgers, France fries, six pieces of chicken nugget , two cups of sundae and a piece of boneless chicken in the bun. After the dinner I told my kids that “Do you know how much foods you can eat at the same amount of dinner set that I paid at McDonald? A lot of foods you can eat until your stomach full but less than what I have to pay compare to the McDonald. Papa please doesn’t repeat the same sentence.” I just managed to keep quiet and end up finished all the foods that left by my kids. No wonder I gained weight every time had a dinner with my Kids.

I took two days off from Thursday to Friday just to have a good rest from my daily hectic work load and I wrote this in my facebook so that I could get an instant respond from my facebook friends. I wrote “There is no guarantee that I can free myself from thinking about work”. Some of my friends responded to my facebook and told me try to forget all about the workload and go somewhere that you think can make your mind free and peaceful. When I read all the comments I just managed to smile and told to myself I will try but no guarantee. On Thursday at 8.15am, my an official working hour started, I patiently wait and believed that for sure someone from my office would call me up to ask something that related to my work, at 8.45am I received my first call but not from my office it was from my mother in law to inform me that my wife cousin passed away and invited me to attend the funeral. The place that totally call quiet and peacefully. Unfortunately at such peaceful place my Hand phone starts to ringging unstops and I had to answer all the phone call one by one until I noticed someone was putting one of his fingers near to his mouth to show a symbol of Keep Quiet. I knew that it was a bad habit answering the phone call inside the funeral house so I walk off and off my hand phone. When I reached home after the funeral I found that I had 15 missed calls and answered only those were important. In reality, that what I call life. Officially on the paper, I'm on leave but in reality I still need to work away out of the office.

Last Saturday, I was at the Seberang Jaya Public Library to do my office work that need to be submitted by Monday. Since I came late and most of the seat had been occupied by the student. I managed to get one empty chair and in front of me there were two young students doing their study revision. I took all my paper and started doing my own stuff. The two young couple keeps on talking from one topic to another topic, from study to personal matter. Actually I didn’t tend to listen but they were sitting closed to me and I can listen every single word by word , their conversation really not disturbing my work so I just keep on listen while doing my work. Once a while the young students couple throwing their smile to me and I did a same thing to them as a courtesy. From my observation both of them a smart student and the way they express their self and the confident level of expressing the opinion. My thinking start to browsing in my head and it was totally reminded me 24 years ago when I was a student in ITM Shah Alam. I also did a same thing when I was a student. It supposed to study but most of the time taking this opportunity to express my love toward my girl friend……………………………So I can’t blame them when come into this situation. It means that library is the best safe place to express love among young students. In reality their parent might think that they are really study for their exam.

Now, I realized that bad luck or good luck, who knows. Why I said that because yesterday, on my way to Office for my Nestle Commercial Exam I met with an accident. An old lady who drove a Lexus CT2000 hit my car back door. She came from the junction without stopped her car first. I felt that someone was hitting my car; I stopped my Car and found that my back car door was badly damaged. She came out from the car and said sorry and asked me to follow her to Car paint workshop to repair my car. This was first time in my life that I don’t have to argued with someone who hit my car even though if it was my fault. I followed her from the back and stopped at the Car body paint shop. It was too early in the morning and then she told me to follow her again to the owner workshop house. The workshop owner just woke up. After settled everything with the mechanic and he promised me that my car will be really to use by 6.00pm. I told the old lady that I need to attend my final exam at my office so I need a replacement car while waiting for my car to ready for repair. The mechanic asked me to come at 6.00 pm to take my car. The old lady told me again to follow her to her house that just beside the workshop owner house. She asked me to sit at the back sit and took me to her house and chooses one of her car to use. I saw a row of big cars with a branded logo, Mercedes, Camry, Honda, Estima but I choose a humble Malaysian car MYvi.

Alhamdullih, I managed to get in time for my final exam. When I told this incident to my colleague and they told me that I was lucky to get such a very honest old lady that willing to pay everything and not only that, she willing to lend me one of her car to use. It hard to get such an honest person nowadays. I believed that it totally base on trust. At 6.00pm when I came to the workshop to fetch my car, the workshop owner told me that the old lady was a rich lady owner of five big factories processing a food industry. She was a very humble rich lady and also taught all her kids to be humble even though they are rich family. This was not the first time he repaired for me it done it to everybody when she hit someone car. To her she believe that to be humble is the only way that god will help her to prosperous her business and family. Done good to people, the god will done the same things to her but the workshop owner told me that the bad things about her and good news to him is she always hit other people car and send for repair at his workshop. It means that someone is losing and the other end someone is gaining from the losing. That what we call a circle life of human……………………………………………………………..

One of the subjects in the training session was to interpret a song and if I’m not mistaken from Bee Gees Group. It was a nice song with full of meaning. The student was required to write down the meaning and to be presented in front of the audience. So this what I wrote,

Every man has his own dream and the dream is always in man heart and mind. Nobody can erase the dream, not even all human in this world join together and try to erase the dream.

Dream can be hanged in the heaven and we have to work on it.

All dreams can be achieved as long as we work toward it.

When the dream come true then we can live together forever as one body.

Everything we think inside over mind is a dream and it flow freely like water rushing by the stream that will bring us to the kingdom of dream.

Bring our dream as high as in the sky and it will forever there inside the haven until we work toward it even though too far to reach and achieve.

Let work together toward our dream until we achieve it and happily declare a victory in our life.

Let we go to the land of fantasy, the land that full of love between you and me, let together join our soul as one for the happy ending life.

In the search of dream, there will be lots of obstacles and we have to face it with a brave heart that reflects our previous life.

The agony and pain will go away once we manage to overcome the obstacle to achieve our dream.

Than we can smile and feel free of freedom, we successfully face the obstacle that block our dream from come true……………………………………………………………………

Anyway there is no right or wrong in interpreted the song, it depend how we look and use our imagination.

LIFE : GOOD AND BAD LUCK, WHO KNOWS

One thing that I had learned this morning was something new to me, previously I always blame on luck that not on my side but in the reality good luck or bad luck is something unpredictable by the naked eye. In simple word who know whether it’s a good luck or bad luck when thing happen. Let take this story as an example and open our mind positively behind the morale of the story.

Once upon a time there was a small Chinese family who had a small land and three horses in a remote farm in China. One day when the owner woke up in the morning and he found that one of the horses had run away from his farm then his neighbor told him that he had a bad luck and he just kept quiet.

Next morning suddenly the lost horse came back with two wild horses then his neighbor came and told him that he had a good luck because he got a free two horses. He just smiles to his neighbor.

The next day his son trained the wild horses but one of the wild horses had kicked his son leg. Since the wild horse kick was so strong and had broken his son leg and couldn’t walk. Once again the neighbor told the farmer you had a bad luck because the wild horse had kicked his son leg. Anyway whatever his neighbor said he just kept quiet and smiles.

The following day the King of China Kingdom declared a war again his enemy so the King need a lots of young man to be a soldier and instructed his entire minister to force all young man in his country to serve as an army. They searched all houses and took all the young man away from the family. When they came to the old man house and found that his son couldn’t walk and not fit to be the soldier. They left him and moved to another house to search for other young man.

On that day all young man had been taken away to be a soldier and came his neighbor told the old man that his family was lucky and had a good luck. The morale of the story “good luck or bad luck who knows “. Let face all things that happen in our daily life without complain whether it’s good or bad. Good news can be a bad news and bad news can be turned into good news. It’s all depended how we interpreted the news.

LIFE : MAKING THE DIFFERENT

Having a good time today at the training session this morning organised by Nestle and conducted by Zabedy training Centre in Wisma Wim. The training session was meaningful to me and today I really know where I am standing in Nestle. I have been in Nestle more than 14 years and I feel that been cheated by myself for not really explored my talent even though I know I can go beyond my ability and capacity in doing things that can improve my life. Before this I always have a lot of excuses due to lack of confident in doing things. Last month I had an opportunity to talk with my boss and he told me that I could go further if I really think positively and start to know who I am? The potential was there but he really couldn’t understand by I was still in this position after been in Nestle more than 14 years. He told me that either I was been neglected by my previous bosses or I was not been given an opportunity to the next level of in Nestle career. I just listen to him and in some point it might be right what he had told me. May be I am too complacent with what I have and a mentality of enough what I have today. My life is simple and I always believe that as long as I have my foods to eat for my family on the table, a good car and humble shelter that keep my family safe and comfortable that is good enough to compare to those who are not fortunate to have a good life even though their life is surrounded with money and wealth. Today after the training I need to revise back my life and break the mentality that is always hanging in my head. This what I am here today in making the Different.

Ramadhan is coming again and I’m not updating any of my post or write something in my facebook since last week because of someone from unknown source was hacking my facebook. The hacker is using my facebook to post a Video which can’t be opened to watch the Video clip. The video clip I guess must be a nasty one and it’s really surprised me most of my facebook friends are commenting on the video clip. I phoned each of them to clarify the matter but none of them are watching the video clip. I only knew about the video clip when one of my facebook chats with me in the morning to notice me about the video clip. I tried to open the video clip but failed to download and watch it then only I realized that someone is using my facebook to post a video that content a virus to destroy the laptop and computer. Big question marked arise, was I chat a right person on that morning inside the facebook chat box? Was it my real facebook friend or hacker? How he managed to gave me the Video link? All these question was playing inside my head. When I did my own studied and investigation I found that the hacker was copy and paste my facebook profile and deleted the actual comment from my facebook friends and added a nasty and sexy comment to the video that do not exist. Today I have to change all my profile and stop posting any idea or comment in my facebook. My privacy has been violated. I always thought that computer program is designed to be smart and safe unfortunate there is someone who is smarter than the programmer. Am I living in the safe world without someone is spying me except the Almighty God eyeing on me every second and minute by His angel and now I'm realised that is better to play safe without an Internet connectvity specially when using a webcam. Beware someone is watching you!

Unbelievable when someone who still young in the age of 20ties have an adopted son. Hard to believe but it’s a reality. I thought it was a joke but when I had an opportunity to ask this young guy and the answer that I received was really shock me. I keep on asking him, what is the main reason that you are adopting a son? There must be a good reason why this guy is doing that. Just for a fun or want to help a needy family. He did mention his entire family member knew about it and they did not against his idea to have an adopted son. In a Malay custom, it’s common when we treat other than our family member as an adopted mother, father, sister and brother specially when we a far from home. Commonly we do this to avoid to be lonely and to feel always like home when this people around but it’s very rare occasion when someone who are still young adopted a son. Is this a new phenomenon? Or Are we adopted a new culture that against our Asian culture? Are we developing a new culture following what happen in Australia? A same an advertisement with three versions, one family is holding a kid, one man is holding a boy and a lady is holding a girl. A very complex question to answer but the societies are moving toward that trend, having an adopted kids without married and in the same time don't want to be lonely.

20 years ago only rich and famous can afford to have a mobile phone. Those who carry the mobile phone is considered VIP and they are always on the move so that can be contacted by anytime and anywhere. When I was working with a Contractor company in Penang 20 years ago, the mobile phone is so bulky and expensive. I still can remember it cost RM10k to buy that particular phone and using ATUR system in other word” Automatic Telephone Using Radio”. The advantage of using that particular phone is can be contacted in anywhere even in the middle of the jungle and ocean.

Today, world has changed. The phone model and size also change. The mobile phone became lighter and smaller. The most important, everyone can afford to carry mobile phone and it’s considered as a necessity instead of luxury item. Changing a mobile phone model is became a trendy among the youngster and most of them are willing to spend so much money just to change the latest mobile phone with a latest garget that been offered by so many telephone operator company.

When the mobile phone was started to introduce to the market, it just can be used to call. Then they introduce with Short Message, Voicemail and etc. Today, the mobile phone is just not to use as a phone call. It can be used as a camera with video shooting, to surf internet and also can be used as a teleconference due to 3G systems where you can see the person that you are talking with. Incredible and awesome, the things that we never thought 30 or 40 years ago accept in friction movies.

Today, since the mobile phone becomes more advances and the privacy of life is under danger where the conversation and movement can be tapped by a small mobile phone without a person notice and can be hide anywhere to capture the private life of human. Don’t you think that it violate a human right? This is what happens today and they use it to kill their opponent career for own personal agendas.

Really feel release when the OUM sent the Email about the postpone date for the assignment submitting. Before that I really had to crack my head to gather all the information from the Internet and library. It’s really make me panic because the due date of submitting is closer and closer and in the same time I not even start to write yet. I don’t have any idea where to start. At least when William sent me the email and I read it, I felt so happy and 50% of my problem is gone and now I just need to concentrate on my exam paper, for the assignment I still have much time to survey and do some research that is related to Business Communication. I will do my best for the examination……..

Headache again, headache not due to not feeling well but headache due to lot of work to do again. Yesterday was my last session class for the Business Communication and next week I have to submit my an assignment before I sit for the examination. The topic that given by the Lecturer actually same as the first assignment that I already submitted. The only different now, I have to write it in English with at least 2000 word plus graph and chart. The worries among the students been noticed by the lecturer and she had to comedown the students by telling us to not worry because she did understand our grievances. It's not easy to be a student and in the same time as a family man. She told us that " I don't fail my student but don't give me a rubbish answer and you will get a rubbish mark. As far as I am concerned I never fail my student but don't let me do it and I don't like to it, I begged you please do it properly and not to worry much on the grammar because you are not sitting in the grammar test. " Anyway by hook or by crook I still need to study so that I could write confidently in the examination hall. I'm not aim for the test result with flying colour but at least I pass the examination.......................

Everyday I wake up early to prepare my Fajar Shalat at Surau and then I will spending about 60 mins. doing a lot of random stuff, checking FB, reading my emails, reading headlines, talking with my younger daughter and starring to the ceiling to get some ideas what I am going to do today and more..etc. , so I go late to work even though my official working time start at 8.15am. Normally I will reach office at 8.40am and always come back home late due to the distance that I'm covering in my working area so I enter this doom loop of not sleeping well because of lot things to do. I have to bring my unfinished work at the office to home. I always missing the fun part of my day where I relax and enjoy quality time with myself and family like those days before I took this job.There will be no ending story until I officially retired at the age of 55years. Anyway I have a big question mark, Can I reach at that age? Only Almighty God knows...................................

What is in your mind when your phone ringing in the middle of the night? What picture is coming out in your mind? Two things, Either it's good news or bad news. Mostly the good news will be conveyed in the morning before your life begin. When the phone ringing in the midnight, the only picture that coming out from the mind is, it's going to be a bad news except when someone is listed in these category Doctors and Engineers who need to be standby 24hours to attend an emergency call. May be to them it's normal to receive a phone call in the middle of the night. To us, it's always a bad news when the phone is ringing in the middle of the night. Surprisingly when I was in confectionery's business unit I received a phone call in 12 midnight from my boss in HOU just to remind me that tomorrow there will be a meeting in office. Actually he can just sent me short message but I didn't know what was in his mind?

Work day by day.....another phrase of words that been used by most of my colleague now a days. You know why? Fed up and frustrated with a daily work load that seem to be no ending story. My advised to them, don't ever let your life miserable just because he or she can't cope with the work load that they think had burden them. The door is always open and you are free to go if you thinks that outside the door is promising more better life. Go a head while you are still young. Failure is part of human parcel life. Whose know the failure that you are facing now will bring you to a better life if you take it as a challenge.................change now before it too late, don't wait until your age is same as me because I am working for my survival and family while waiting for my retirement day.

Sometime things happen beyond my imagination until it really happen in my life. Last week by co incident I was been invited by my elder sister to meet a man who was a shaman. Even though I reluctant to go but my second sister insist me to meet the man, who they believed could cured a unseen things, in other words, world of evil. As usual, the shaman house was a bit isolated and the surrounding is so dark. Even though surrounded with a houses but I did noticed most of the houses does not light up their house posh. Once I entered the house, my eye wildly look at the house decoration and did not notice anything unusual like other shaman houses that mostly shown in the movie or television show. It was a young man in the 40ties who sat very calm and relax. No candle, no urn to burn the kemenyan or a skull of human that commonly used by shaman to interact with the other side of the world. Since there were other visitors so I patiently wait for my turn to be attended by the young shaman. When it came to my turn, he asked me , If there anything that he can help? So I just straight forward told him that I had a dream of someone in my sleep. The man wanted to give me something but I reluctant to accept it. He just smile and told me you did a right thing but let him check on me what it was about? He took a Holy book of Quran and asked me to hold it, mean while he throw a question toward the Holy book. Suddenly the Holy book turn to left without any force to move it. I was surprised and the shaman told me that something bad is going to happen but you could avoid it by doing a certain ceremony to keep the bad evil from hunting my life. I asked him what shall i do to avoid it, the shaman asked my to bring a list of items that been requested by the spirit. It was the only method to bring back the evil that belong to my ancestor, so that the evil can return to their world and stop from keep on hunting my next generation. I just look at him in between believe or not to believe. To me let the expert do his job, sometime we need to be open minded when come to unseen world that been told in the Holy Quran...........................I just want those bad evil things get off from my life. As a Muslim, I always believe and keep on believe that enough for me my AlMighty God Allah Swt as my rescuer in my Life. There is no other God except Allah Swt and Nabi Muhammad Saw is the only last messenger for human kinds.

LIFE : EXAMINATION

This morning was my first module Human Behaviour subject exam and before that I had to submit my assignment to the lecture. While waiting for the examination to start I took a short time to revise back all my HB subject. Three hours was given to answer all the questions. 20 questions in objective and 5 questions in subjective. Once the examiner allowed us to open the questions envelope, I read it one by one and started to answer the question on objective part that carried 20 marks. Oh my God, all questions were a bit tricky and I really had to think and choose a right answer. Frankly I said, some of the question I just guessing but I did try my best to answer it as correct as I could. Then I moved to the subjective question part, 5 questions all together but I just need to answer three of the question. I choose three question that I needed to elaborate in more detail. Even though I did some preparation on this subject but as a human as I told earlier human tend to forget easily but once I was in the examination hall everything I that memorised by hard suddenly blank in my mind so I just wrote that something related to my daily work. Let pray to the Al mighty God so that I will pass this examination..........but I have the confident that I will pass even though not with a flying colour.

LIFE : AT THE AGE OF 49

I was given two weeks to complete my an assignment, it's will be a part of my first examination paper plus objective and subjective question and must be submitted on the 7th May 2011. I just started to compile all the points and graphs that need to be submitted in my an assignment. I don't have any idea where to begin and I still have another one week to complete it. I just recover from fever and cough but still weak to think and to write. Even though it is not going to be an easy task but I have to do it to prove that I still can study after 26years left college. I just want to prove to my son that if I can do it why can't you do it? Study at the age of 49! Forget about the age, it's just a matter of desire whether you want to learn or not? To me, learning will never end until I close my eye.It's good to me to refresh back my memories and make my brain to work again but one things that worry me most is? I always do it on last minute. Can I change this attitude? That is going be another interesting topic to be discussed.

I feel that something is not right lately specially in my country politic agendas. This is the main reason why I don't like to read or to watch local media because I really get fed up with the news and all dirty trick to demoralise and to destroy other party politic career. Don't they have other means to kill their opponent politic career. Most people say that politic is dirty,is it the politic is dirty or the person who run the politic is dirty? Why I need a good politic? I need a good politician than really can protect my national interest and to protect my country dignity. A politician that really workhard to bring up this country and fight against the corruption that can destroy this country. Sex and human are two things that can't be separated because we really need it. The problem is, when politicians start to use it as a weapon to destroy their opponent. Yes in some places I do agree that sex is something personal but it must be legal means. Sex that out of wedlock must be illegal due to my culture and religion but not to use it as a weapon against the politic enemies among the politic parties. May be that is the easier way to kill other opponent politic career and not even bother whether the allegation is true or not....................... .to politician it is a good news to bring down other politician politic career and to the media it is good sensation news to attract more readers.

Why do human tend to make a same mistake even though they know that they are repeating a same mistake again and again. As a human do we need a reminder not to do a same mistake or just because we are born to be a human that tend to make a same mistake. It's very a complex question but need to be addressed. In first place why we tend to make a mistake? What mistake that we always tend to do? where and which area that we always tend to make a mistake? or Mistake is a word that born together with human? Can we correct our mistake or we need The Almighty God to send a message whenever we are doing mistake? Almighty God know that we always do a mistake so since the human was created, Almighty God sent together with a reminder. What reminder it is ? Purely Zabur, Taurat,Injil and Al Quran, a words of God that born together with His Messenger that had been selected to give a reminder to humankind. So to avoid the mistake The Almighty God ask human to follow the rule and regulation that had been wrote inside the Four major Kitab. Which Kitab should human follow? The last Kitab that been recognised by Al Mighty God of Universe.....Al Quran Nur Karim. The kitab that has been protected from any mistake and as original as it been given to the last Messenger Nabi Muhammad Saw from the first ayat until to the end of the completion of Al Quran Nur karim. The Almighty Gods Gave His word He will protect this Kitab until kiamat. The kitab that as a human manual to teach human from repeating a same mistake that had been done by people before them. Only God knows why human tend to do a mistake. A complex Question with a complex answer.

This what I call a very very typical Malaysian Breakfast consist of Nasi lemak, Currypuff and Steam Bun. Nasi lemak is one of Malaysian Favorite and mostly can be bought at any along the roadside either in kampung, small town and big cities. A complete diet with Anchovies Sambal, peanut, cucumber, a rice that cooked with coconut milk and wrap with Banana leaf. Let forget about the Cholesterol.Most of main private hospitals are serving this menu but been cooked with lowfatt milk for substitute of coconut milk. From the pic you can see that it is a mixture of many culture in Malaysian Life. Nasi lemak is from Malay food, The steam bun with black bean filling is originated from Chinese culture and currypuff that similar to samosa is originated from Indian Food. The mixture of culture is enrich the Malaysian tradition. This kinds of foods are cheap but don't be surprised when it is sold at the Finest Dining Restaurant with a higher price due to the ingredient used and the way it is served. Different state with different style of Nasi lemak being cooked. In Northern the gravy will be much lighter but in southern part the gravy will be much ticker and spice with a lot of dried chillies. Walla..enjoy it if you visit Malaysia....... A truly Asia

Back to class again after 25 years graduated from ITM Shah Alam. Start on today onward every Saturday I have to attend class from 9.am to 6.pm without miss, I hope so. I am oldest students among them. Most of them are much much younger than me but to me age is not a barrier to study as long as I want to enrich my knowledge. Learning will never stop as long as you still alive. Even our Nabi Muhammad Saw said Gain a knowledge even though you have to go to china to get it. Now I have to divide my time between family, Study and carreer. Think positively and never give up. It's still never to late to gain knowledge it's just a matter of desire, hungry to hunt for the knowledge. My first subject to be learned today is Organisation behavior. The subject that I learned 25 years ago when I was in ITM. It just a matter of to refresh my self and this subject will bring me back to my sweet memories in ITM...........Today I realise I'm ready to study and crack my head to do an assignment and exam every end of the month before shift to other subject. This course will be completed in 6 month. Looking forward to my another graduation day.........

I took my lunch at same cafe at small town of Grik Perak. I tried the Yee Mee with black pepper. Even though this is a Chinese style dried egg noodle but I'm not sure whether this is a recipe that originated from China but it's look like a Chinese food and cooked to suit to the local taste. It was cooked on a hot iron plate and served while the gravy was still in boiling point. Good to be eaten while it still hot. Today I could taste a varieties of Chinese dishes without any doubt of halal status due to more and more Chinese dish is been served and cooked by Malay cafe. This is what I call a rich diversity of culture where Malay dishes are been served in Chinese restaurants and Chinese dishes are cooked and served in Malay restaurants. A unique culture of Malaysian.

One thing I hate in my life is, if someone keep on pushing me or interrupting my daily work. I'm being paid to do my job so I know what I'm doing. I just want to do my job as easy as possible and I just want to do a job without someone to force me to do the job. Some job can be done easily but due to interruption it will make the job harder. Even though I have to report to my superior but it don't mean that I have to take all the instruction from him or her. Yes it right, I have to follow all the instruction but I have to know whether it is an instruction form above authority or personal. Some bosses are very cooperative but some of them a using others to complete their works. At the end the person who really do the job don't get anything but the other party who just give the instruction get the name. I understand that this is what I call a cruel world.

Alhamdulillah after feel so stress and tension, I managed to achieve this month target. Hitting the target it's mean that I will have some extra pocket money to spend next month. Some of my friends ask me this morning, why I don't go for maximum payout. I just told them that money would be secondary matter, the most important part I hit my number that set by HOU. Of course money is important but to me the satisfaction of achieving this month target is more important even though it will not last but I really enjoy the moment. The next day will be new chapter and the struggling will keep on moving until I close my eye to meet the Almighty God. As famous quote say " Yesterday is already history and today is another day to determine the future........Insyaallah and Alhamdulillah. Keep on moving no slowing down.

Soto Ayam [ Chicken Soto ] actually originated from Island of Jawa but been localised by Malaysian. It was brought by immigrant from Jawa to Tanah Melayu hundred years ago. This special dish is combination of clear chicken soup, peanut, soohun and rice cake. Must be taken during hot with special home made soya sauce with grinded cili api. This photo was taken last Thursday in one of Famous Nasi Padang Food Stall opposite of Petronas Service Station in Pengkalan Hulu town. This is my favourite food stall for my breakfast and lunch during my outstation visit to Grik and Baling. The main specialities are Nasi padang foods with a varieties of dishes consist of seafoods, meats and veggie dish.Most of the foods are cooked with creamy coconut milk and Cili api. Mainly originated from Sumatra where my family clans came from. Suit to my taste as good as my late mother home cook food.

One of my favorite dish in Grik, Curry Mee [ Noodle]. A combination of Chinese and Indian dish. The Noodle is a Chinese food and the curry is more to Indian culture food. A very tick gravy with creamy coconut cream plus hot and spicy curry, a half of boiled egg and chicken meat. Garnish with a spring onion, chili and long bean. Each time I visit Grik this will be my favorite lunch. Simple and I consider it as a Malaysian fast food. Beware, not for those who are with high cholesterol level. Once a while is ok. I can't remember the cafe outlet name but it's same row with the Pasaraya Ekonomi A-Wang in the middle centre of Grik town. This is an unique culture of pure Malaysian............

Updating a blog is not an easy task. Sometime I'm totally blur what I want to write. Mostly my ideas come while I'm driving my car but unfortunately I'm not write it down on the piece of paper.When I'm sitting in front of my laptop, I tried to recall back all the ideas but I don't even know where to start the story. The problem is may be I'm getting older and my memory is not as good as when I'm still young. Sometime I need to take a few hours just to write a simple story about life and culture that surrounded me. Do I have a memory problem or my brain is not working accordingly. Blank because of too many things to be memorised or my new job function not permit me to write due to my work load. By the time I reach home from my work, I'm too exhausted to write and to thinks. I just want to rest. Once I parked my car in front of my house, whatever things that is connected to my work I will leave it inside my car. My car is my office because most of the time I spend my life driving the car from one place to another to meet my clients.........

Any where I go, I will hear people are complaining about foods prices are going up. Most of them are complaining about their income is not improve. The salary that they bring home is not enough to support even a small family. The value of money is shrinking. In those days with RM50 we could bought enough food for four to five days but today the same value is just enough to buy a packet of 2Kg milk powder and it will cost you around RM50. What actually happen? When I was staying in Ipoh 13 years ago, I always accompanied my wife to buy groceries at local supermarket near my house. After did all my shopping list, my trolley would full of groceries and it only cost me about RM100 but last week I was in Tesco with my wife, we took a same amount of goods and it cost me more than RM400. It mean that in between 13 years the goods prices have been increased by 400%. I like it or not, I have to face the reality.......................

In house, in office and in politic it self. Why should we lied just because of someone? Why don't we show him or her the reality that we are facing now. Are we lying because of survival or personal interest. This what we call a mad world. The place for those who can talk and manipulate situation but not for those who are sincere in doing things. Right or wrong is not a big matter to those who are hypocrite as long as they manage to get what they want. This is not a world for those who choose to be humble...........

I can feel that time is moving too fast. I still can remember what I have done last years. I just can't understand whether the time itself is moving too fast or the humans are too busy to notice the movement of time or it's a sign of end of the world. When I was a kid I feel that time was moving too slow and I really enjoyed my school holiday but today I can feel that I don't have time to rest and my mind keep on thinking about my work load that need to be completed. I can feel that after completed one task then a new task is in front of me that need to be implemented. Can I run from it or just keep on follow the trend of world that moving too fast. Even though it's complicated world that I can't understand but in reality I'm living in this world that move very fast. In conclusion either I follow the time or I will be left behind. the famous quote" Time is gold". How true it is? I don't have the answer because I just write what ever thing that come across in my mind. May be I'm not enjoying my work . I feel that I'm forcing myself to do my work. It's sincere or forcing?
